Warsaw – Application for a pair of shoes

The October 2, 1940, application form declares:
“I apply for a permit for a pair of shoes or leather for a pair of shoes.
I certify expressly that I do not possess two or more pairs of shoes.
I understand that statements at variance from the truth are subject to punishment.”

A 20-groszy local tax stamp of Warsaw is affixed and canceled.
