On March 3, Danny Spungen, an old friend of the Shanghai Jewish Refugee Memorial Hall and a representative of the Spungen Family Foundation in the United States, who has witnessed every important moment of the memorial hall, came to the Shanghai Jewish Refugee Memorial Hall after its 2020 expansion for the first time, and jointly invited the memorial hall. Xu Xin, professor of the Department of Philosophy and Religion of Nanjing University, Wang Jian, director of the Institute of International Studies of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Sara Imas, a descendant of Shanghai Jewish refugees, and more than 50 Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs and artists gathered together to rekindle friendship and relive the history.
