    The Spungen exhibit having been translated into Chinese will be exhibited at Shanghai Finance University and Nanjing University in conjunction with programs commemorating the 70th Anniversary of the establishment of the Shanghai Ghetto (Designated Area For Stateless Refugees) in February 1943.

    In recognition of the 70th Anniversary of the "Designated Area For Stateless Refugees" (commonly known as the Shanghai Ghetto) established February 18, 1943 and in conjunction with the World's Fair of Money, the Foundation will be hosting educational events. Shanghai Ghetto survivors from all over the USA will be present to meet invited guests at the Fair and share their stories.

  • Rotarian Peace Hall of Fame – Grand Opening & Dedication

    Illinois Holocaust Museum Skokie, IL, United States

    Featuring the Midwest film premier of "Nicky's Family" the story of Sir Nicholas Winton. Special guests include Renata Laxova and Gerard Friedenfeld,two "children" saved by Nicky's efforts.

  • Fred Marcus Memorial Holocaust Lecture

    The Spungen Foundation is helping sponsor the 11th Annual Fred Marcus Memorial Holocaust Lecture. The keynote speaker will be Stephen Smith, Executive Director, Shoah Foundation. Danny Spungen will be attending.
